Provides use of the club for an adult member and only one other family member. Enter the name of the adult in the "Member Name" field of the membership application. If the second person is your spouse/domestic partner, enter their name in the "Spouse/Partner Name" field. Otherwise, enter the second member in the "Other Eligible Family Members" section.
