SWIM & DIVE

Come join the Cudas! We are members of the Northern Virginia Swim League. Our swim and dive teams encourage children to learn and thrive in a supportive atmosphere. If your child needs a little more experience, the Cuda Critters, our developmental program, is open to kids who aren't quite ready for the swim team.
