We are members of the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL). Our swim and dive teams encourage children to learn and thrive in a supportive atmosphere. 

Cuda Team Philosophy

Our goal is to provide kids in our community a healthy, fun-filled summer activity. Kids will enjoy the camaraderie of a team sport, learn/enhance a life skill, grow their self-confidence as they see improvement with their swimming and diving skills, gets loads of great physical activity, and participate in numerous team social activities. Our Coaches will work with your kids on proper technique and form to prepare to compete against other local teams in a wonderful and supportive atmosphere.

Cuda Team Spririt

On Friday nights during the swim season, we have themed Spirit Night activities and a pool-wide potluck in the grassy area. Our swimmers enjoy rallying together to get pumped up on race day with cheers and chants. Additionally, we plan some fun team outings throughout the season. We are always looking for volunteers to help run these events!
