Pool Attendant Applications

We are now accepting applications for the position of Pool Attendant. If you love being part of a friendly, community-focused team, we’d love to hear from you. Pool attendants help to welcome members, answer questions, and assist with small tasks like selling ice cream.

Pool attendants are considered interns and typically work one 3-hour shift per week on weekends or holidays when the pool is busiest. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Be age 14 by early June 2026, and not older than 14.
Intend to become a lifeguard next year; therefore, you should be a strong swimmer and possess qualities necessary for future lifeguarding.
Exhibit good social and communication skills.
Be able to carry out small tasks like taking out the trash, keeping the station clean, inventorying supplies, etc.
Be a good team member by effectively communicating with members, managers, and Board members.
Be a Commonwealth Swim Club member.
