ADMINISTRATIVE
Cuda Critters Representative
Serve as a communication liaison for the Cuda Critters program.
Merchandise Support
Manage club merchandise availability and communication.
Sneaker Recycling Support
Support the club’s sustainability efforts through sneaker recycling.
Front Driveway Sign Updates
Keep members informed about upcoming events.
Snack Shack Inventory Maintenance
Help maintain snack inventory for the pool concession area. Great for folks who already go to Costco on a regular basis!
Volunteer Coordinator
Help organize and manage volunteer participation across the club.
Social Media Coordinator
Help promote club events and activities.
Community Engagement Support
Help grow club membership through outreach and community engagement, such as sponsoring a CSC trunk at LRES (or another school) trunk-or-treat, help run a CSC table at KPW fall festival (pie eating contest the last two years), etc.
Membership Canvassing
In the spring, distribute flyers to new neighbors moving in. Sign up now for 2027.
Tax Accountant
Help CSC prepare and submit annual tax returns
Sponsorship Support
Help identify and reach out to local business to create a partnership, printer banners, etc
Fundraising Support
Set-up opportunities with local eateries to do a profit-share dinner event in support of CSC
Board Member
Serve as a board member on a 2-3 year term to help operationalize the pool.
Capital Improvement Planning Project Team
Work with a committee to help plan and executive our long-term (5-7 years) capital improvement project of replacing the deck and updating the pool with new coping stones, tiles, and whitecoat.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Bingo Night Coordinator or support
Help organize and run a community bingo event.
Trivia Night Coordinator or support
Coordinate and host a fun community trivia night event.
Potluck & Friday Night Dinner Coordinator
Assist with community dinners and seasonal social events. Help set-up, serve, and/or clean-up and wash utensils for next event
Ladies Night Coordinator
Coordinate adult social events for club members. The host will determine the music, socialize the event, collect donations for the guards, and make sure the deck is clean at the end.
Adult Night Coordinator
Coordinate adult social events for club members. The host will order food and determine music for the evening. Support is needed to pick up food, set up tables/tents, check people in, and clean-up at the end.
Membership Appreciation Night Coordinator
Coordinate adult social events for club members. The host will help organize this new event. More info to come.
Whiskey Business Support
Coordinate adult social events for club members. Supporters of this event will help with the raffle or other tasks as designated by the host.
Event Photographer/Social Media Support
Capture club memories and events throughout the season.
DiveFest Host/Support
Help plan and coordinate the end of season party and/or help with day-of events,
LANDSCAPING
Garden & Weeding Volunteer
Adopt a small dedicated area to help maintain landscaped areas around the property during the summer season (Walport sign area, veggie garden, baby pool garden)
Groundskeeping Volunteer (Mowing & Weed Trimming)
Assist with maintaining the appearance of club grounds.
Off-season Groundskeeping Volunteer (leaf removal, weeding, mowing etc)
Assist with maintaining the club grounds in the fall and in spring to prepare for opening.
MAINTENANCE
Power washing
Prepare for summer opening by helping to powerwash the deck, the front stairs, the Walport stairs and Walport path and bridge, etc.
Board-approved Project
Discuss and complete one of the various small projects the Board is looking to accomplish
Paint Drive Curb and Walport Stair Painting
Provide a fresh coat of yellow paint – spray painter and paint provided
Umbrella Repairs
Help re-string the table umbrellas when the lines break.
Pavilion Development Support
Work with a CSC Board member to help in the planning, development, or building of the new pavilion.
Fence Painting
Paint the fence around the perimeter of the pool
Mirror Hanging
Hang two new mirrors in the men’s bathroom.
Privacy Fence
Finish installing the green slats on the last side of the green privacy fence behind the front door bench – materials available at the guard desk.
